There may be occasions when you need to attach documents or files to your web content.  This session shows you how to add images and files of various types to a story.  The process demonstrated for adding attachments will apply to Events, Book Pages, Pages or Student Articles.

Your web site is built with many contributors adding content.  It therefore becomes necessary for those contributing to make content revisions, or to remove content that is no longer relevant.  This video shows you how to make  changes within the document itself and introduce you to the  Administer feature provided on your page management options.

Use the Newsletter as a way to periodically share information through email, with recipients who subscribe to your newsletter.  This can provide an efficient and productive way for principals to share information with parents or staff, for teachers to send newsletters to parents or for PTO members to interact.

Use tables in your body text to organize and provide structure to your web content.  This video will show you how.
